pacpl software package provides multi-purpose audio converter/ripper/tagger script, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pacpl
pacpl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pacpl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pacpl *
You will get with pacpl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
